/Who am I

I began consulting in the early 90’s specializing in web, database, project management and ICT. I have an active interest in photography and video.

I have a diverse background in a variety of industries and help organizations to solve problems and grow.

The future of our people and planet depends on Social Enterprise, and I invest significant time and resource into community-based development projects, education and community-based tourism to help those in need in the Asia/Pacific region, specifically Luang Prabang, Laos where I have worked since 2013.

Working in business development since 1998 in Auckland, New Zealand, I have helped businesses achieve growth and improve profits. I am an effective leader and love to grow teams.

WEB DESIGN

I plan, develop and maintain websites for clients around the world specializing in WordPress mobile-friendly websites and social media management services. I cover all aspects of design, hosting, email and management.

SOCIAL GOOD PROJECTS

I have a long history as a volunteer. Since 2013, I have established and maintained a computer training programme in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR, South East Asia and assisted other organizations in the Mekong region with their ICT programmes.

Luang Prabang has a few service options and shops (not as many as Vientiane). My favourite Computer Shop for buying computer equipment and accessories is Boutsawat Computer on the way to the new bridge (North 13, Viengmai). The owner speaks excellent English and they are trying to provide the best IT service in Luang Prabang. If you can’t find what you need they can order it in. They also offer a guarantee and will repair and fix anything you buy from them.

My second favourite computer shop is Phongsavanh IT Center, near the petrol station opposite Wat Visone, worth a shot if you are after something and need it now. Most shops stock the same range of computer accessories so it can be difficult to source items they are not so common.
